Arguments

number target

GUID of the target.

Valid numbers: integers from 0 to 18,446,744,073,709,551,615.

boolean apply

Add the flag if true, remove the flag otherwise.

GroupMemberFlags flag

The flag to set or unset.

Returns

Nothing.
